“I am fond of writing and have written more than 200 poems and blogs in Hindi and English. My poems and articles have been published regularly in leading newspapers in India. I write under my pen name ‘Runa Lakhnavi’. I also have a facebook page dedicated to my writings: https://www.facebook.com/RunaLakhnavi. Recently few of my poems got published in the International Anthologies on Social Issues in English and Hindi. During Mental Health Awareness Month, May 2021, one of my English poems was published in the Indie Blu(e) Publishing’s Anthology : Through The Looking Glass: Reflecting on Madness and Chaos Within. In December 2020, two of my English poems – ‘Uncertainties’ and ‘I am walking away’ were published in ‘MUSINGS DURING A TIME OF PANDEMIC: A World of Anthology of Poems on COVID-19’ compiled by Dr Christopher Okemwa of Kistrech International Poetry Festival. Two of my poems – ‘The land has no boundaries’ and ‘Be a pathbreaker’ were shortlisted for an upcoming Anthology published in the month of March 2022 : I Can’t Breathe, A Poetic Anthology on Social Justice compiled by Dr Christopher Okemwa of Kistrech International Poetry Festival. My work was also published in the Setu International Magazine published from the USA.”
